摘　　要：村卫生室是农村卫生服务体系的基础,但随着集体经济解体,村卫生室逐步成为个人办医的机构,其管理和服务质量都难以得到规范和保障。丰都县高镇中心卫生院在被人民医院"造血式"托管基础上,指导、帮扶村卫生室,在村卫生室基础设施、行政管理、业务管理、人员培养等方面进行了大胆的探索与实践,积极探索镇村卫生一体化。Village clinic is the base of rural health service system. However, with disintegration of collective econo- my, village clinic becomes gradually medical institutions operated privately, and it is difficult to standardize and guarantee the management and service quality. With the entrusted management of ＂hematopoiesis＂ by People＇s Hospital, the health center in Gaozhen of Fengdu County makes exploration and practice of directing, helping and supporting the village clinics in infrastructure, administrative management, business management, personnel training so as to explore actively the integra- tion of town and village health.
