摘 要:传统的铁路货物超限等级判定要对每件货物的每个检定断面计算通过300m半径曲线时的偏差量和附加偏差量,得出货物检定断面的计算宽度,查《超规》中的二维限界表确定货物的超限等级.整个过程计算量大,容易出错.提出以车辆几何中心在轨面投影为原点,建立左手直角坐标系,将车辆长度方向以100mm分割成若干断面,根据每个断面处计算得到的偏差量对限界表中的数据进行修正,得到三维虚拟限界表,利用此表可根据货物实测尺寸直接查表得到货物超限等级.以Visual C#和Access 2003为开发工具生成了两类平车的三维虚拟限界表.实例表明:基于三维虚拟限界表的超限等级判定方法比现有方法效率提高10~20倍.In traditional method of determining goods' off-gauge grade,the deviation and additional deviation of each verification section when passing the 300-meters radius curve must be calculated in order to obtain the calculation width,then the goods' off-gauge grade can be determined according to the calculation width by looking up the 2d confine-table in "the rules of off-gauge".The whole process has larger amount of calculation and is easy to make mistakes.The left-handed coordinate system is set up centered at the projection of vehicle geometry center on rail level,and the vehicle length is devided into some sections.Then amendments are made to data of 2d confine-table according to calculated deviations,and 3d virtual confine-table is generated for two kinds of general flatcar by using "Visual C#" and "Access 2003".The example shows the efficiency of new method has been improved to 10~20 times than the existing method.
