地方普通高校创业教育的现状与对策

摘　　要：地方普通高校的创业教育日益引起人们的重视,但其发展存在不少尖锐问题。地方普通高校存在创业教育起步迟、发展慢、大学生缺乏自主创业意识、大学生创业成功率低等问题。导致这些问题的原因是创业教育未引起足够重视、创业教育师资缺乏、创业教育课程不符合本土要求、创业教育社会支持不够等。地方普通高校需要从创业教育模式、创业教育师资、学生自主创业意识、创业教育教学方法和创业教育社会支持力度等方面探索相应对策,以促进创业教育的发展。More and more people pay greater attention to enterprise education in Chinese universities,but there are still many acute problems,such as the late beginning and slow development of the enterprise education,college students＇ lack of pioneering consciousness,and low innovative success rate etc.The causes for these problems are paying not sufficient attention to entrepreneurship education,lack of qualified teachers for entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship education curriculum not meeting the local requirements,lack of social support and so on.Some strategies need to be explored such as changing the entrepreneurial education model,training the entrepreneurial education teachers,forming students＇ independent venture consciousness,improving the entrepreneurial education teaching method and asking for social support,which will promote entrepreneurship education.
