光镜检查尿中红细胞形态及计数在泌尿系统疾病中的应用

摘　　要：本文通过对68例泌尿系统疾病患者,用普通光学显微镜检查尿中红细胞形态及计数观察表明:1.健康人尿中所出现少量红细胞多属于“多形型”,但≤2000个/ml。2.肾小球疾病的血尿中细胞属于“多形型”。但>2000个/ml。3.非肾 小球泌尿系疾病呈“均一型”血尿,其红细胞数在正常范围。The article has been reported the RBC shapes and counts in urine of 68 Patients with urological diseases by common miorcascope testing,The obsevving results indicated:1. Some RBC in normal Person urise was many shepes,but≤2000ml/L . 2. RBC in blood unine of glomerule doseoge were many shapes,but>2000ml/ L. 3. The blood urine of patients with no glomerule urological. deseases was average shape,the RBC counts were normal.
