摘　　要：目的总结异甘草酸镁注射液的研究进展和临床应用。方法通过数据库检索近年来有关甘草酸镁注射液的国内医药文献,进行相关分类总结。结果异甘草酸镁注射液能明显改善病毒性、药物性、酒精性等肝脏急性或慢性炎症的临床症状和肝功能指标,在治疗带状疱疹、寻常性银屑病等方面效果较好。结论异甘草酸镁注射液可用于治疗急性或慢性肝炎、带状疱疹、寻常性银屑病等。Objective To summarize the research progress and clinical applications of isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium injection.Methods Domestic medical literatures about isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium injection in recent years were searched,classified and summarized through the database.Results Isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium injection not only can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and liver function indices of acute or chronic inflammations of the liver（includes viral,drug-induced or alcoholic,etc）,but also has function on curing shingles and psoriasis.Conclusion Isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium injection can be used in treatments of oxyhepatitis,chronic hepatitis,shingles and psoriasis,etc.
