摘　　要：目的:探讨冠状动脉支架植入术患者的护理措施。方法:对112例患者行冠状动脉支架植入术治疗,术前注意病情变化,做好患者的心理护理和充分的术前准备;术中严格无菌操作,积极配合医师顺利完成手术;术后密切监测患者的生命体征,尤其是心率、脉搏和血压的变化,做好穿刺部位的护理,采取有效的护理措施防止术后并发症的发生。结果:患者均痊愈出院,随访3个月支架无移位、无狭窄,无严重心脑血管并发症发生。结论:通过对应用冠状动脉支架植入术治疗的冠心病患者实施有效的护理,患者顺利康复,无护理并发症发生。Objective ：To explore the nursing of the patient treatment on percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting implantation operation. Methods ： We observed 112 patients underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting implantation operation. Before the operation, we must pay attention to the change of disease condition, make the patient＇s mental nursing and preoperative preparation well. During the operation, we must do rigorously aseptic technique, and cooperate with doctor to complete the operation successfully ; After the operation, we must monitor the vital sign rigorously, especially the heart rate, ar- terial pulse and blood pressure, and make the puncture location nursing well, and take effective nursing intervention to prevent the complication. Results ： All the patients recovered and discharged. Followed up three months, there were no shift and internal stenosis in stent, and no serious development of cardia and cerebrovaseular complication. Conclusion ： By the effective nursing of the patient treatment on percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting implantation operation, all patients were recovered, and no nursing complication was occurred.
