摘　　要：岩白菜素(bergenin),分子式为C14H16O9,白色疏松针状结晶或结晶性粉末,属于异香豆素类化合物.建立了用高效液相的方法测定峨眉岩白菜中岩白菜素含量的方法.色谱柱XDB-C18(4.6*150mm,5μm).流动相:甲醇∶水=20∶80,流速为0.9ml/min,检测波长275nm,柱温30℃±0.5.结果表明相关系数R2=0.9981,岩白菜素含量在0.102-1.02μg之间呈现线性关系.平均回收率为99.37%,RSD为1.724%.考察了不同海拔下峨眉岩白菜岩白菜素含量的差异,建立了较为快速,简单,准确的测定峨眉岩白菜素的高效液相测定方法.The molecular formula of Bergenin is C14H16O9. Bergenin belongs to polysuhtituedisocoumarin ,with the form of white loose needle crystal or crystal powder. A HPLC method for bergenin determination Bergenia purpurascens employed. The method employed chromatography column XDB -C18 （ 4.6 ＊ 150mm,5μm） , mobile phase methanol： water = 20：80, flew velocity 0.9ml/min, detection wavelength 275 nm,and the column temperature of 30℃ ＋0.5. The standard curves of bergenin showed good linearity within the range of 0. 102 -1. 02μg, R2 = 0. 9981. The average recovery was 99.37%, RSD was 1. 724%. Different bergenin contents of differents altitudes were obtained for the planting of bergenin and the development of medicinal value.
