摘　　要：2009年底2010年初,北京市遭遇近40 a来最寒冷天气,山区最低温度连续5 d达到-26℃以下,低温天气造成部分村镇供水管道、水表等设施出现冻损现象,通过对冻损情况的调查研究和分析,总结了一些防冻措施,并在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。From the end of 2009 to early 2010, Beijing has encountered the coldest weather since thepast 40 years. -26℃. In the Mountain area temperature for continuous 5 days was to reach the lowest temperature of cold weather, the part of the village water supply facilities such and so on, was ation of freeze got well results to appear the phenomenon of freeze damage. Through research damage, some of the protection measures was summarired. The in the practical use. as pipeline, water meter and analysis of the situ- protection measures hadgot well results in the practical use.
