摘 要:目前国内外有关防砂筛管性能的研究往往局限于挡砂机理方面,对于防砂筛管性能的评价,也没有形成有效的评价方法。防砂筛管性能的主要影响因素有油井机械防砂方式、防砂管类型、过滤精度和泥质含量,为此本文利用已研制出的大型出砂模拟实验装置,针对防砂管性能的主要影响因素展开了室内实验研究,通过室内模拟实验得出了一些规律性的认识,为防砂筛管性能参数的优选提供依据,进而建立了一种防砂筛管性能评价的方法,对指导工程实践具有一定意义。The worldwide study on the property of sand control screen is still confined to the mechanism of the sand retention at present,with regard to evaluation for property of sand control screen,and there is not forming effective evaluation methodology.Main influencing factors for property of sand screen are: ways of mechanical sand control、type of sand control screen、filter accuracy and shale content,so in this paper,large-scale simulation experiment apparatus for sand production is used and in allusion to main influencing factors for property of sand screen,laboratory test was conducted.By means of laboratory simulation experiment,some regular cognitions were obtained so as to provide the foundation for the optimization of the sand control screen property,therefore one kind of evaluation methodology for property of sand control screen is established,which has an important guidance for engineering practice.
