摘 要:针对湘钢φ5.5 mm ER70S-6盘条加工成φ1.2 mm或φ0.8 mm焊丝后,焊接过程中焊丝飞溅率较高的问题,对盘条化学成分进行检验、优化,并与青钢盘条质量进行对比分析,结果表明:应严格控制焊丝化学成分,碳质量分数低于0.1%,低碳含量焊丝的飞溅率要略优于高碳含量的焊丝;选取适当焊接工艺,能有效减少金属飞溅,当焊接电流小于200 A或大于300 A时飞溅率都较小,介于两者之间则飞溅率较大,同时富Ar气体保护焊飞溅率比CO2气体保护焊小,随着Ar气比例的增大,熔滴细化,促进弧的扩展,使飞溅逐渐减少,而且加入的Ar气也改善焊缝的性能。Aiming at the problem of higher spatter lose rate of diameter 1.2 mm or diameter 0.8 mm welding wire made from Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co. diameter 5.5 mm wire rod, the chemical composition of wire rod was tested and was optimized, and compared with the quality of wire rod made by Qingsteel, the results show that the chemical composition of welding wire should be controlled strictly, carbon mass fraction is lower than 0.1% , welding wire with lower carbon content is better than that with higher one; selecting suitable welding process can decrease metal spatter efficiently, the spatter lose rate are all smaller as welding current is less than 200 A or more than 300 A, and between both the spatter lose rate is larger, at the same time the spatter lose rate is less with Ar rich gas shielding than with CO2 gas shielding, along with Ar gas proportion increasing, molten drop thinning, promote arc extension, make spatter decrease gradually, moreover adding Ar gas improved the properties of welding line.
