Al-Zr合金丝在拉伸变形下的内耗峰研究

摘  要:采用低频倒扭摆内耗仪测量Zr质量分数为0.03%的Al-Zr合金丝在延伸率为5%时,不同拉伸速率下不同温度的Al-Zr合金丝晶界内耗情况。试验结果表明:未拉伸的Al-Zr合金丝试样随着退火温度的增加,内耗峰向高温方向移动,峰高缓慢降低。在延伸率为5%时,随着拉伸速率从100 mm/min增大到300 mm/min,晶粒得到细化。经过延伸率为5%的变形后试样随着退火温度的增加,晶粒长大速度较快,内耗峰峰高降低较大。晶粒长大超过试样直径后,内耗峰不再随延伸率及拉伸速率的改变而改变。Al -Zr alloy wire grain boundary internal friction was measured by using a low-frequency inverted torsion pendulum when Al - Zr alloy wire of Zr mass fraction 0.03% under the 5% elongation with different tensile rate and different temperature. Result shows that: with the increasing of the annealing temperature, the internal friction peak of unstretched Al -Zr alloy wire moved to high temperature direction and the height of the internal friction peak decreased gradually. When elongation was 5%, the grain was refined with the tensile rate increasing from 100 mm/min to 300 mm/min. After deformation of 5 % elongation, grain size grew quickly with the increasing of anneal temperature, the internal friction peak height decreased greatly. When the grain size was larger than the specimen diameter, internal friction peak didn't change with the tensile rate.
