摘　　要：近三十年来的国内晚清海防思想研究,可以以2000年为限而分为二个阶段。在第一个阶段中,学界对晚清海防思想研究的基本框架、观点都已基本界定,相关的论著也有一些;第二个阶段,学界对其研究在深度、广度上有所拓展,有关的论著在数量上要多于第一阶段,但基本观点与前一阶段大致相同。从内容上来看,本文的综述,包括晚清海防思想宏观研究、个人海防思想、同光年间塞海防之争、晚清区域海防思想研究等四个方面。The coastal defense thought in late Qing Dynasty for nearly thirty years in China can be divided into two stages. In the first phase, the coastal defense thought, the basic framework of the study and the point of view are defined; there are also some related work. At the second stage, scholars conducted more in-depth research, and published more papers and books than at the first stage, but the basic concepts are similar to those at the first stage. As far as the content is concerned, the views in this paper can be divided into four categories.
