摘　　要：随着独立学院办学规模的不断扩大,独立学院的教务管理成为一个值得研究的课题。分析独立学院教务管理的现状和存在的问题,提出构建稳定的教务管理队伍,提升教务管理水平的措施和方法,为独立学院教务管理水平的提高提供理论基础。With the constant enlargement of the scale of independent institute,educational administration has become a very important topic.The paper analyzed present situation and the existing question of educational management in the independent institute,proposed to build a stable management team,measure and method of improve the management level,theoretical basis were provided for enhancement of teaching management level of the independent institute.
