粗针弹拨法治疗癔病228例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析粗针弹拨法对癔病治疗的确切疗效。方法在我院传统针刺的基础上,采用对针具、配方进针方向和深度、施行手法等方面进行创新和改进的粗针弹拨疗法,对228例癔病患者进行治疗,并对其疗效与临床类型、疗效与病程、病种分类与治疗次数的关系,进行分析。结果 228例患者经粗针弹拨法治疗,有209例痊愈,占92.10%,好转16例,占7.02%,无效3例,占1.32%,总有效率98.68%。疗效与临床类型、疗效与病程差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);癔病性瘫痪、失语、癔球均在6次以内治愈。结论粗针弹拨法治疗癔病性瘫痪,可直接刺激与疾病有关的神经,使其产生一种极强放射的针感,得气快,会给患者心理上一种强烈地暗示和刺激,使神经兴奋抑制过程发生诱导,改善植物神经紊乱的状态,以达到醒脑开窍、通经活络的作用。其见效快疗程短,疗效可靠,操作方便,是治疗癔病的有效方法之一。Objective To observe and analyze the definite efficacy on hysterics treated with thick-needle plucking technique.Methods On the basis of traditional needling technique,by the innovation of the needle,inserting direction and depth,manipulation and the others,the thick-needle plucking technique was used to treat 228 cases of hysterics.The relations between the efficacy and clinical pattern,between the efficacy and the duration of sickness and between the classification of disease and the frequency of treatment were analyzed.Results Of 228 cases treated with thick-needle plucking technique,209 cases（92.10%）were cured,16 cases（7.02%）improved and 3 cases（1.32%）failed.The total effective rate was 98.68%.There were no statistical significance of the differences between the efficacy and clinical pattern,and between the efficacy and the duration of sickness（P0.05）.The cases of hysteric paralysis,aphasia and globus hystericus were cured in 6 treatments.Conclusion The thick-needle plucking technique stimulates directly the relevant nerves of the disease in the treatment of hysteric paralysis.It produces an extremely radiating needling sensation,brings a strong hint and stimulation to the patients psychologically,induces the process of excitation and inhibition of the nerve and improves in vegetative disturbance so as to regain the consciousness and promote the circulation in the meridians and collaterals.This therapy is characterized as quickly obtaining the efficacy,short duration of treatment,reliable efficacy and simple operation.It is one of the effective approaches for the treatment of hysterics.
