白细胞介素-8和白细胞介素-6对分娩发动的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)、白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )在分娩发动中的作用。方法　随机选择孕38～ 41周的 5 4例胎膜完整的单胎初产妇临产前后共 6 0份血清样本 ,进行IL - 8、IL - 6水平测定并分组进行对比分析。结果　妊娠晚期 ,随着孕周的增加 ,血清IL - 8水平逐渐增高 ,宫颈逐渐变软展平。IL - 8水平与宫颈Bish op评分呈直线正相关 (r =0 76 3,P <0 0 0 1)。临产后血清IL - 8水平明显低于临产水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且在第一产程各阶段差异显著 (F =11 32 ,P <0 0 1)。随着产程进展 ,IL - 8水平逐渐下降。临产前血清IL - 6水平较低 ,分娩发动后显著升高 (t =10 0 3,P <0 0 0 1) ,并随宫缩增强逐渐升高。结论　IL - 8是引起宫颈成熟的关键因素之一 ,在启动分娩的准备或激活阶段起主导作用 ,而IL - 6则可能参与分娩的维持与加速。Objective To study the role of interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6) on the onset of labor.Methods We randomly took 60 samples of serum from 54 primiparas with intact fetal membranes and single pregnancy at 38～41 weeks of gestations.These 60 samples were divided into groups to measure IL-8,IL-6 levels.Results As the pregnancy progressed sera levels of IL-8 rose and cervix became softening and spreading near term.It showed positive linear correlation between IL-8 and Bishop score of the cervix.The sera level of IL-8 after the onset of labor was remarkably lower than that before the onset of labor(P<0\^05),during each phase of the first stage,it significantly differed from each other (F=11 32,P<0\^01).IL-8 decreased with labor progressing.The sera level of IL-6 before the onset of labor was lower than that after the onset of labor(P<0\^01),and rose with the increase of uterine contraction.Conclusion IL-8 was one of the essential factors in the ripening of cervix,and played an important role in initiating the labor,and IL-6 took part in the laboring process and accelerated it.
