摘　　要：目的　激光治疗泪点阻塞性疾病的疗效观察。方法　应用Nd :YAG激光治疗 3 0例 ( 3 4眼 ) ,其中先天性泪点闭锁 13例 ( 14眼 ) ,泪点阻塞 17例 ( 2 0眼 )。结果　经 6月～ 1年 2 5例 ( 2 8眼 )的疗效观察 ,治愈率 2 7眼占 96%。结论　使用激光重新在泪点处造孔的方法操作简单 ,不必留置硅胶管 ,无损伤 ,造孔效果好 ,治愈率高 ,为泪点阻塞而溢泪患者提供了新的治疗途径。经临床观察无明显并发症 ,具有较好的临床实用前景。Objective To observe the effect of block of punctum lacrimale treated by YAG laser.Methods 30 cases (34 eyes) were treated by means of Nd:YAG laser,which included 13 patients (14 eyes) with block of punctum lacrimale. Results 25 cases (28 eyes) were followed up for 6～12 months,27 eyes cured (96%).Conclusions YAG laser is easily performed to remake a hole on the punctum lacrimale with no injury and no intubation.It provides effectively a new therapertic way for patients with epihora without any obvious complication.So it has a pratical foreground of the clinical application.
