冠脉通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察冠脉通胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛NO、MDA、SOD的影响及其临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服,冠脉通胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次:对照组30例口服速效救心丸每次5丸,每日3次、记录服药前后NO、MDA、SOD、心绞痛症状、心电图ST-T改变的时间。结果:治疗组患者NO、SOD明显升高,MDA明显降低:NO由(23.52±2.60)umol/ml升高为(32.86±3.72)umol/ml,SOD由(70.11±11.24)u/L升高为(81.94±5.08)u/L,MDA由(18.32±2.02)um/ml降低为(10.21±133)um/ml;心绞痛总有效率92.65%,心电图改善总有效率为68.54%心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间由(80.56±14.52)min改善为(15.24±5.41)min。结论:冠脉通胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛疗效明显,能明显升高NO、SOD,明显降低MDA,且无任何毒副作用.Objective：To observe the influnce of Guanmai- tong capsule on NO MDA SOD in patients with angina pectoris. Methods： 60 patients with angina pectoris were ran- domly divided into two groups, 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Guanmaitong capsule,3 pills once,three times a day. The other 30 patients in control group were treated with Suxiaojiuxin Pill, 3 pills once, three times a day. The patients symptoms and the NO MDA SOD, hoher ECG, blood viscosity and blood fat were recorded. Results：Obvious drop of NO MDA SOD were observed after treatment in the treatmen group. The level of NO was elevated from （ 23.52 ± 2. 50 ） umol/ml to （32. 86 ± 3.72） umol/ml, The level of SOD was elevated from （70.11±11.24） u/L to（81.94 ± 5.08） u/L, Thc level of MDA was reduced from （ 18. 32 ± 2. 02 ） um/ml to （ 10. 21 ± 133） um/ml, total efficacy rate in improving angina pectoris was92. 55% ,and in improving ECG was 58.54% ,The time（ ischemic ST -Tchang）of hoher ECG was reduced from（ 80. 56± 14. 52） rain to （ 15. 24 ± 5. 41 ） min, There was no significant difference between the two group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Guanmaitong capsule is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris and obviously drop blood MDA, obviously elevation blood NO, SOD. without any side effect.
