摘 要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建在上颌埋伏牙定位中的应用价值。方法:对24例埋伏牙患者进行轴位螺旋CT扫描,最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)及齿科后处理软件获得埋伏牙多方位图像及曲面断层影像。结果:在24例患者中均清晰显示埋伏牙,牙齿的形态、结构及与邻牙的解剖关系。结论:MSCT三维重建技术可以很好的显示牙齿结构,能立体、直观的显示埋伏牙及其与周围结构的关系,在埋伏牙的定位及治疗中有重要的临床意义。Objective:To explore the role and clinical ap- plication of multiple spiral ( MSCT ) three - dimensional recon- struction in the location of pseudoanodontia. Methods :24 cases with pseudoanodontia were scanned by axial spiral CT. Multiple - directional images and surface tomography werr obtained with maximum intensity projection (MIP), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and post - processing software. Results :Emboddod teeth were clearly showed in all 24 cases. Structure, shapeof the pseudoanodontia and anatomy with adjacent teeth were also clear. Conelusion:MSCT post- processing techniques can show good teeth structure, three - dimensional and visual display of teeth and its relationship with surrounding structures. It is im- portant to locate and treat pseudoanodontia.
