摘　　要：在介绍IMS统一控制业务必要性的基础上,通过对网络发展分析,提出了IMS统一控制CS域补充业务的必要性和具体的方案,对方案的可行性进行了分析。It first describes the necessity of IMS unified control service, analyzes the network development, puts forward the necessity of IMS unified control CS domain supplementary services and the concrete scheme, also analyzes the feasibility of the scheme.
