摘　　要：建筑业企业作为建筑业的主体,其发展情况对建筑业整体发展有至关重要的作用。根据模糊动态聚类分析的理论基础,选取了7个相对有效的指标对全国13个地区的建筑业企业进行了分析,在不同截集下得到了不同的分类矩阵,并用Matlab对分类结果进行了编程计算,最终根据结果对各地区的建筑业企业发展情况进行了比较分析并给出了相应的发展意见,其分析结果与实际发展情况基本相符。The development of construction enterprises plays vital role in the development of the construction industry. Employing theoretical basis of the dynamic fuzzy clustering analysis, this paper identifies 7 relatively-effective indicators to analyze the construction enterprises in 13 areas of China. Different classification matrix in the different cut sets is established. The classification for getting the status of construction enterprises development are calculated by programming in Matlab. The calculation results coincides with the practical development. Development suggestions are proposed.
