电针结合饮食、有氧运动对单纯性肥胖症患者腰臀比值及血清瘦素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察电针结合饮食、有氧运动疗法对单纯性肥胖症患者腰臀比值(WHR)及血清瘦素(Lep)水平的影响。方法将61例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予饮食、有氧运动疗法,治疗组31例在对照组治疗基础上加电针治疗。2组饮食、有氧运动疗法连续51 d,电针疗法15次为1个疗程,每个疗程间隔3 d,连续3个疗程。3个疗程后观察2组治疗前后WHR及Lep水平变化情况。结果 2组治疗后WHR、Lep与本组治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针结合饮食、运动疗法可从多角度、多靶位对机体进行综合性的良性调整,不仅可以改善单纯性肥胖症患者机体功能,具有明显的近期减轻体质量效应,而且远期疗效稳定可靠,不易反弹,无副作用。Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with diet and aerobic exercise on waist-hip ratio（WHR） and serum leptin in patients with simple obesity.Methods 61 cases of simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in control group were treated by diet and aerobic exercise.3 patients in treatment group received electro-acupuncture combined withdiet and aerobic exercise.The course of diet and aerobic exercise was 51 days in two groups.The course of electro-acupuncture was 15 times.The interval of course was three days.WHR and leptin levels before and after treatment was observed after three courses.Results There was significant difference between before and after treatment on WHR and leptin levels in two groups（P0.05）.WHR and leptin levels in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with diet and Exercise therapy can undertake a comprehensive healthy adjustments to the body from many angles and target,not only can improve the body dysfunction in patients with simple obesity,has a significant effect of recent weight loss,but also long-term efficacy was stability,reliable,difficult to rebound and no side effects,is worthy of clinical application.
