摘 要:采用5 mW·mm^(-2)He-Ne激光辐照、10.08 kJ·m^(-2)d^(-1)UV-B辐射及二者组合对冬小麦"临优2018"幼苗进行处理,研究各处理组幼苗根过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及同工酶变化。研究结查显示,增强UV-B辐射能抑制POD、CAT和SOD的活性,差异显著,关闭了POD3和SOD1酶谱的基因表达,激活SOD2酶谱基因的表达,对CAT酶谱数目没有影响,但降低了总的POD、CAT和SOD同工酶酶谱活性;He-Ne激光能促进抗氧化酶的活性和同工酶的表达,使酶谱活性增强:增强UV-B辐射后再用He-Ne激光处理,各抗氧化酶的活性明显升高,差异显著,并且诱导了POD2酶谱基因的表达,提高了总的抗氧化酶同工酶酶谱的活性。Through the influence of the laser irradiation of 5 mW?mm^(-2)He-Ne,10.08 kj?m^(-2)d^(-1)UV-B and the combination of the two on the seeding of winter wheat "Linyou 2018",the activity modification of POD,CAT,and SOD isoenzyme on the roots of seeding in each group are analized.The research results indicate that,strengthening the irradiation of UV-B restrains the activity of POD,CAT and SOD,and the differences are ohvious.Stopping the gene expression of zymogram of POD3 and SOD1 and stimulating the gene expression of zymogram of SOD2 exert no influence on the number of zymogram of CAT,but decrease the activity of POD,CAT,and SOD isoenzyme in general;He-Ne laser accelerate the activity of antioxidase and the expression of isoenzyme,thus strengthen the activity of enzyme;with the management oF He-Ne laser after UV-B radiation,the activity of each antioxidase increase obviously and differently,leading to the gene expression of zymogram oF POD2,and increasing the activity of zymogram of general antioxidase isoenzyme
