摘  要:用^(60)Co-γ射线诱变小麦连麦2号,对M_3代292个穗行进行了主要农艺性状的变异及多元分析。结果表明:各性状的变异幅度是不同的,变异系数从大到小依次为:穗数>千粒重>穗长>小穗数>株高>行粒重>退化小穗数>穗粒数>穗粒重;变异率从大到小依次为:穗数>千粒重>株高=行粒重>穗粒数>穗长>穗粒重>小穗数>退化小穗数。穗数、穗长、株高、小穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重与行粒重相关极显著。主成分分析结果表明,有5个主成分入选,其累计贡献率为85.49%。当遗传距离为25.38时,292个穗行分为各具特征的7类,高产类型应从类群Ⅳ、Ⅴ的27份材料中进行筛选;矮秆类型应从类Ⅲ的59份材料中选择。With wheat Lianmai2 reduced by (60)Co-γrays,variation and multivariate analysis in agronomic traits of 292 M_3 ear row were made.The results showed that:The range of variation was different,the descending order of coefficient of variation was spike number1000 grain weightspike lengthpanicle numberplant heightear row grain weightdegradation spike numberspike grain numberspike grain weight;The descending order of mutation rate was spike number1 000 grain weightplant height = ear row grain weightspike grain numberspike lengthspike grain weightpanicle numberdegradation spike number.There was significant correlation between spike number,spike length,plant height,panicle number,spike grain number,spike grain weight and ear row grain weight.Principal component analysis showed that 5 main components were selected.The cumulative contribution rate was 85.49%.When the genetic distance was 25.38,292 car row could be divided into 7 different characteristic groups.Tigh-yield type should be selected in GroupⅣand Group V,which had 27 materials;dwarf types should be selected in GroupⅢwhich had 59 materials.
