摘　　要：通过分析国家文化安全观点,可以证明,国家文化本身的安全或说常态的文化竞争并非国家安全问题,而是文化发展问题;国家文化本身的不安全只是说在常态的文化竞争中,中国文化的原创不处于优势,并且从文化"文本""在"的层面讲,不处于优势的中国文化在文化竞争中不会消亡。强化文化竞争,是发展、繁荣中国文化的必然措施。Through analysis of the idea of national culture security,it is proved that the security of national culture or the normal competition of cultures is not a national security problem but a problem of cultural development;the insecurity of national culture means the originality of Chinese culture is in the advantageous position,and such culture will not extinct in the competition of cultures in terms of the existence of texts or forms of culture.Intensifying competitions of cultures is the necessary measure to develop and boom Chinese culture.
