云铜艾萨熔炼技术应用浅析

摘　　要：介绍了云南铜业股份公司采用艾萨炉工艺熔炼铜精矿的工业实践情况,并与原有电阻熔炼工艺进行了对比。由于艾萨炉工艺的引进消化,熔炼能力、硫的捕集能力、杂质的脱除能力得到大幅提高,并大幅降低了生产能耗。The industrial practices of smelting copper concentrates by Isa furnace process in yunnan Copper Co LTD were introduced, and comparison was made with original resistance melting process. Using Isa furnace process, the smelting capacity, capture ability of sulfur and removal ability of impurities were greatly improved, and the energy consumption was decreased.
