摘　　要：介绍某精密卧式五轴加工中心的主要结构部件,即实现主轴头摆动的A轴及工作台回转的B轴。该机床配备先进的西门子840D数控系统,利用该系统集成的五轴功能软件包能实现复杂型面飞机零件的五轴联动加工。The main structure parts of the horizontal machining centre,including A axis-spindle swing movement and B axis-NC table rotating movement,were introduced.The machine tool was equipped with Siemens 840D CNC system.The 5-axis machining software package integrated in Siemens 840D CNC system can be used to realize the 5-axis linkage machining of complex surface of airplane parts.
