摘　　要：介绍了力矩电机驱动A/C轴双摆头流体分配器的结构和功能,从功率损失和磨损的角度分析影响流体分配器的主要因素。针对这一问题,提出用DLC涂层改善零件表面质量的方法,总结了DLC涂层的特点和性质,并提出DLC涂层基体的工艺要求。The structure and functions of the fluid distribute which was used in A/C axis universal milling head were introduced.The main influence factors which caused the power loss and abrasion were analyzed.In order to solving that problem,the DLC film was presented for improving the rigidity and roughness of the part surface.Characteristic and properties of the DLC film were summarized.The process requirements of the DLC film base were advanced.
