摘  要:双摆角铣头主轴箱体的典型结构形式是双耳支撑式和无耳对接式两种,这两种方案虽然在装配工艺性和精度保持上各有不同,但从整体上看,这两种结构表现出相当的性能。实际设计中选择哪一种设计方案,还要根据具体情况来分析。主轴箱体液压、电气管路在排布设计上大多采用液压、电气各自集中走线的方式,而且其排布也影响着箱体的整体尺寸和热变形。配油环作为主轴箱体的关键元件,其管路的排布对整个机构的运转、安装以及将来的维护都有着直接的影响,要根据实际的管路数量、流量、压力等综合考虑,才能形成合理的排布方案。The classic structure of the spindle house for 2-axis milling head is "supporting form with two ears" and "contacting form without ears".The two structures have different performances in assembly and precision of maintenance,but the performances of the whole structure are not different when they are assembled in the A-axis housing.Which structure is chosen for the actually design is judged by the concrete requirement.The distributing of the electric and hydraulic pipes is two sides separate designing which influences the size of the milling head and the thermal deformation.The distributing of the pipes,that influences the running,assembly and the maintaining,for the rotary joint which is the key component for the spindle box,must be considered with the pipe's number,hydraulic pressure,and the flow rate.
