摘  要:介绍一种新型数控车床液压尾座,尾座主轴采用前后轴承支承结构,前后段轴承装在套筒内,顶尖装在尾座主轴上。套筒由液压油缸驱动,其行程由行程开关控制。由液压系统控制完成尾座对工件的快速夹紧及自动锁紧功能。工件夹紧和拆卸方便,定位准确,自动化程度高,极大地提高了工作效率。A new type of hydraulic tailstock of CNC lathe was introduced.The tailstock spindle was supported by front and rear bearings.The front and rear bearings were installed in the sleeve and the dead center was installed on the tailstock spindle.The sleeve was driven by a hydro-cylinder,and its travel was controlled by the trip switch.So the workpiece could be quickly clamped and automatically locked by the tailstock,which was controlled by the hydraulic system.It is easy to clamp and dismantle the workpiece.The positioning is accurate and degree of automation is high.The work efficiency is greatly improved.
