中医辨证论治配合外治法治疗外阴营养不良55例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医辨证论治配合外治法治疗外阴营养不良的临床疗效。方法将99例外阴营养不良患者随机分为2组,治疗组55例采用中医辨证论治配合外治法治疗,对照组44例采用西医常规疗法治疗,2月后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.36%,对照组为79.55%,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论中医辨证论治配合外治法治疗外阴营养不良疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of syndrome differentiation of TCM cooperating with external therapy on treating vulva dystrophy.Methods 99 patients of vulva dystrophy were randomly divided into 2 groups.55 patients of treating group were treated by syndrome differentiation of TCM cooperating with external therapy,44 patients of control group were treated by conventional therapy of Western medicine.The curative effects were observed after 2 months.Results The total effective rate of treating group was 96.36%,that of control group was 79.55%,there was high statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of TCM cooperating with external therapy has obvious curative effects on treating vulva dystrophy.
