多塞平对泛发性神经性皮炎伴抑郁焦虑情绪的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察多塞平治疗泛发型神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 93例泛发性神经性皮炎随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予西替利嗪口服和艾洛松乳膏外用,加用多塞平口服;对照组仅用西替利嗪片和艾洛松乳膏。两组均连续用药2周。观察两组总有效率的情况。结果治疗组患者抑郁焦虑评分下降,治疗组及对照组的总有效率分别为80.8%和63.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多塞平联合常规神经性皮炎药物,对神经性皮炎有较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Doxepin on generalized neurodermitis. Methods 93 cases with generalized neurodernaitis were divided into treatment group and control group. In treatment group, Doxepin was given, Cetirizine and Eloson in control group were administrated. Continuous medication was 2 weeks. Total effective rate and relap serate were observed. Results Total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 80. 8% and 63.1%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Doxepin should have a good therapeutic effect on generalized neurodermitis.
