摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及相关因素的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2006年3月～2009年3月经鼻内镜手术治疗的253例慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,总结个体化手术处理与疗效之间的关系。结果所有患者术后随访1年以上,治愈率70.0%(177例),好转率20.6%(52例),无效率9.4%(24例),总有效率90.6%,3例(1.2%)患者出现手术并发症。结论经鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎具有良好的疗效。认真的术前准备,准确熟练的手术操作,个体化手术处理和严格的术后随访是提高治愈率的关键。Objective To explore the curative effect and influencing factor of treatment of chronic sinusitis with endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods The curative effect of 253 patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from March 2006 to March 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between surgical techniques and effect was further analyzed. Results ALl patients were followed up one year at least. The cure rate, improvement rate and inefficiency were 70.0%, 20. 6% and 9. 4% respectively. The total effective rate reached 90. 6% in our study, while only 3 patients（ 1.2% ） with surgical complications. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery increased the clinical efficiency of patients with chronic sinusitis. The key point of the operation is the careful preoperative preparation, proper manipulations and strict follow-up.
