针刺配合热敷对女性痔疮术后尿潴留的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合热敷对女性痔疮术后尿潴留的临床护理效果。方法选取女性内痔套扎术患者70例,分成中医组和常规组各35例,中医组运用针刺配合热敷尿道口,常规组运用物理诱导排尿,观察临床护理后尿液成功排出及导尿情况,结果采用卡方检验进行统计分析。结果中医组成功排出尿液32例,采用导尿术3例;常规组分别为25例、10例,两组经卡方检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用针刺配合热敷尿道口临床护理可以提高尿潴留患者尿液排出的成功率。Objective To observe the heat of acupuncture on women with the clinical care of hemorrhoids effect of post- operative urinary retention. Methods Women ligation of internal hemorrhoids 70 patients, divided into traditional Chinese medi- cine group and the conventional group 35 cases, the use of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine heat urethra, the use of physical induced voiding the conventional group, obsen^ed the success of clinical care ＇after discharge and urinary catheterization , the results using chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results The success of the Chinese Medicine excreted in urine in 32 ca- ses, with catheterization performed in 3 cases; conventional group were 25 cases, 10 cases, the two groups by ehi-square test, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The use of acupuncture and hot compress the urethra to improve clinical care in patients with urine retention success rate.
