大西客运专线箱梁架设过程中存在的质量通病及预防措施探讨

摘　　要：客运专线箱梁具有单体质量大,架设安装精度要求高、施工技术难度大等特点,就高速铁路客运专线箱梁架设过程中存在的箱梁尺寸超标、预埋支座板倾斜、梁端面不在铅垂平面内、垫石施工偏差、桥机与线路中线偏差过大、落梁定位偏差等质量通病进行收集,并对其产生的原因进行分析,在架梁施工实践中总结出来的相应预防和处理措施,大大了减少类似质量通病的发生。Box girders on PDL are characterized by high precision requirements in erection and technical difficulties.This paper summarized some quality problems and analyzed the reasons of them,including oversize of girders,inclined preset bearing plates,deviation of the end faces of girders from verical plane,errors in setting pad stones,large deviation of bridge erection machine from railway center line and errors in descenting girders etc.Prevention and treatment measures summarized from practice greatly decreased the similar common quality faults.
