摘  要:黄土隧道下穿高速公路是本项目最大的风险源,介绍超短台阶法在下穿高速公路施工中的成功案例。通过施工总原则、主要工序施工控制、量测监控等多方面手段,达到有效控制该段隧道沉降值、在保证施工质量与安全基础上快速通过的目的。该隧道下穿高速公路共64.1 m,54 d下穿通过,施工结果表明,地表最大沉降值为17.1mm,实现了下沉控制在20 mm内的设计沉降目标,顺利完成重点工程安全质量进度目标。Construction of a loess tunnel under-passing an expressway constituted the biggest risk source of the project.This paper introduces the successful application of ultra-short bench method in tunnel construction under-passing an expressway.By means of following general construction principles,controlling main construction procedures and settlement monitoring,effective control of tunnel settlements and fast under-passing 64.1m expressway were achieved within 54 days with good quality and safety.Construction results showed that the maximum surface settlement of the under-passing section was 17.1mm which was less than the designed settlement of 20mm,thus the general goal of safety,quality as well as advance rate for the key project was achieved.
