八段锦运动干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨八段锦运动干预疗法对慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响。方法:将124例慢性乙型肝炎(轻、中度)患者随机分为干预组和对照组各62例。干预组在给予阿拓莫兰、甘利欣等保肝以及抗病毒治疗的基础上采用八段锦进行运动干预。对照组在同样治疗方案基础上早期卧床休息,进入恢复期后患者自行活动。分别于患者入院24 h内,入院后第4周以及患者出院后第4周时采用健康调查简表(SF-36)进行生活质量的问卷调查。结果:干预组在入院4周后,除躯体角色功能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、情感功能(RE)维度与对照组相比无统计学意义,其余5个维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组出院后第4周比较,除躯体疼痛(BP)其余7个维度均有不同程度的差异(P<0.05);干预组患者入院前后比较,除躯体疼痛(BP)维度,出院后各维度得分高于入院时(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦运动干预疗法能够提高慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量,对药物治疗具有积极的辅助作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of Ba Duan Jin exercise on life quality of chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods： 124 chronic hepatitis B inpatients（mild to moderate） were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,62 cases in each.All patients were treated by atomolan and diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with antiviral drug.The patients in intervention group were applied Ba Duan Jin as exercise therapy on the basis of the routine treatment in convalescence.The life quality of patients were investigate with MOS 36-item health survey（SF-36） in 24 hours after admission,the 4th week and the 4th week after discharge.Results： The score of role physical（RP）,general health（GH）,vitality（VT）,social function（SF） and mental health（MH） in intervention group were higher than control group in the 4th week after admission（P0.05）.At the 4th week after discharge,7 dimensions except bodily pain（BP） between two groups were statistical difference（P0.05）.The scores of patients in intervention group after discharge were higher than that of being admission except bodily pain（BP）（P0.05）.Conclusion： Ba Duan Jin exercise can improve life quality of chronic hepatitis B patients,and have sure auxiliary function for drug treatment.
