摘 要:研究了含不同质量分数的蛋白质(34.85%、40.48%、46.54%、51.54%、56.69%,记为D1、D2、D3、D4、D5组)和不同质量分数的磷(0.96%、1.16%、1.60%、2.03%,记为P0、P1、P3、P5组)的饲料对星斑川鲽Platichthys stellatus幼鱼生长、摄食、饲料利用和养殖水环境的影响。结果表明:试验鱼的增重率和特定生长率随着饲料中蛋白含量的增加而逐渐增大(P<0.05),D4、D5组均较大;摄食率和饲料系数随着饲料中蛋白含量的增加而逐渐下降(P<0.05),D4组最小;D4组的蛋白质效率显著高于其它各组(P<0.05);投喂6 h和18 h后,D5组的NH4+-N和NO2--N总排放量显著高于其它各组(P<0.05),投喂12 h后,D5组显著高于D1~D3组(P<0.05),而其余各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);蛋白水平相同时,饲料中不同的磷水平对试验鱼的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率和摄食率均无显著影响(P>0.05);投喂6、18 h后,P0组的总磷排放量显著低于其余各组(P<0.05),投喂12 h后,P0、P1组的总磷排放量显著低于P3、P5组(P<0.05)。Effects of different diets containing dietary protein levels of 34.85% ( D1 ) ,40.48% (D2) ,46.54% (D3) ,51.54% (D4), and 56.69% (195) and phosphorus levels of 0.96% (P0), 1.16% ( P1 ), 1.60% ( P3 ), and 2.03% (P5) on growth performance, feeding rate, feed utilization and aquatic environment in juvenile starry flounder Platichthys stellatus were studied. The results showed that the weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) were found to be increased with increase in dietary protein (P〈0.05),the maximum in 1)4 group. Feed intake (FI) and feed conversion ratio (FCR), however, were decreased with increase in the dietary protein (P〈0.05) ,the minimum in D4 group. There were significantly higher protein efficiency ratio (PER) in D4 group than those in other groups (P〈0.05). The significantly higher total NH4-N and NO2-N contents in the water after feeding 6 and 18 hours were observed in D5 group than those in other groups (P〈0.05). Total NH4-N and NO2- N contents after feeding 12 hours were higher in D5 group than those in D1, D2, D3 ,and D4 groups, without significant difference. At the same protein level, different dietary phosphorus levels showed no effect on WGR, SGR, PER and FI (P〉0.05). Total P content in the water after feeding 6 and 18 hours was lower in P0 group than that in other groups (P〈0.05), and total P content after feeding 12 hours were lower in P0 and P1 groups than that in P3 and P5 groups (P〈0.05).
