摘 要:目的:对中药艾叶的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和HPLC制备色谱和重结晶方法分离纯化得到单体化合物,采用有机波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从艾叶乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(1)5,7,3’-三羟基-3,6,4’-三甲氧基黄酮醇(矢车菊黄素);(2)5,3’-二羟基-3,6,7,4’-四甲氧基黄酮醇(紫花牡荆素);(3)5,7-二羟基-6,3’,4’-三甲氧基黄酮(异泽兰黄素);(4)5,7,4’-三羟基-6,3’-二甲氧基黄酮(棕矢车菊素);(5)东莨菪内酯;(6)对羟基苯甲醛。结论:化合物1~2和5~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Folium Artemisiae Argyi. Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography (silica gel, Toyopearl HW-40C and preparative HPLC). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. Results: Six compounds (1 -6) were isolated and their structures were identified by comparison of their spectral data with literature values as follows: (1) centaureidin; (2) casticin; (3) eupatilin; (4) jaceosidin; (5) scopoletin; (6) p-hydroxylben-zaldehyde. Conclusion: Compounds 1-2 and 5-6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
