摘　　要：农业技术创新战略联盟能够有效整合农业产业技术创新资源,引导创新要素向企业集聚,是促进产业技术集成创新、有力提升产业核心竞争力的组织形式。文章以浙江为例,基于农业技术创新战略联盟发展的战略背景,通过分析发展农业技术创新战略联盟的需求诱因及其发展现状与存在的主要问题,提出浙江发展农业技术战略联盟的总体思路与促进农业技术战略联盟发展壮大的对策建议。Developing agricultural technology innovation strategic alliance is an urgent thing for integrating the agricultural technology innovation resources and gathering the innovative elements around the leading agricultural enterprises.It is also an efficient way to promote integrated innovation of industry technology and upgrade the industrial core competencies.Taking Zhejiang Province as a case,this paper was aimed to promote some countermeasures of strengthening agricultural technology innovation strategic alliances after analyzing the demand incentives,the present situations and main problems of development of agricultural technology innovation strategic alliance.
