摘 要:合成了以双酚A为骨架,含甲基的B-m苯并噁嗪单体和含苯基的B-a苯并噁嗪单体,考察了温度、时间等因素对聚苯并噁嗪成膜后表面能的影响,并对聚苯并噁嗪材料的成膜性能、热稳定性能进行了研究。结果表明:苯并噁嗪单体B-m和B-a在210℃固化1 h后得到聚苯并噁嗪膜层的表面能最低,分别为16.0 mJ/m2和16.6 mJ/m2,显著低于单纯聚四氟乙烯膜层的表面能(22.0 mJ/m2),相应得到聚苯并噁嗪膜的表面粗糙度分别为0.4 nm和0.2 nm,PB-m和PB-a失重5%时的温度分别为279℃和335℃。PB-a聚合物具有更好的热稳定性。Benzoxazine monomers with methyl group (B-m) and benzyl group (B-a) in bisphenol A backbone were synthesized. The effects of curing temperature and curing time on the surface free energy of the polybenzoxazines film were investigated. The film formation property and thermal stability of polybenzoxazines were also studied. The lowest surface free energies of the polybenzoxazines films (16.0 and 16.6 mJ/m2) are obtained by curing B-m and B-a at 210 ℃ for 1 h, which are even lower than that of Teflon (22.0 rnJ/mZ). The root-mean-square roughness of PB-m and PB-a polybenzoxazine films were 0.4 nm and 0.2 nm, respectively. Temperatures at 5% weight loss for the PB-m and PB-a are 279℃and 335 ℃, respectively. The thermal stability of PB-a polybenzoxazine is better than that of PB-m.
