芹灵冲剂的保肝作用

摘　　要：目的 :分别观察芹灵冲剂对化学性肝损伤和鸭乙肝病毒感染性肝炎的保护和退黄降酶作用。方法 :应用四氯化碳(CCl4)、D 半乳糖胺 (D Gala)、α 萘异硫氰酸酯 (ANIT) 3种化学性肝损伤动物模型和鸭乙型肝炎 (DHBV)模型 ,并以肝功能和肝病理改变为判断指标 ,对芹灵冲剂的保肝作用和退黄降酶疗效进行实验。结果 :肝功能检测结果表明 ,芹灵冲剂 5 g·kg- 1和 1 0 g·kg- 1均显著降低CCl4、D Gala化学性肝损伤大鼠血中谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)的含量和ANIT肝损伤大鼠血中胆红素 (SB)的含量 ;对DHBV感染鸭血中ALT和SB降低作用明显。肝病理镜检证实 ,该药有减轻中毒大鼠肝细胞和DHBV感染鸭肝细胞的变性、坏死作用。结论 :芹灵冲剂对化学性肝损伤和鸭乙型肝炎有显著的保肝和退黄降酶作用 。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of protective liver and improved liver function of Qinling Chong Ji (QL) on rats models of chemical hepatic injury and duck hepatitis models of duck hepatitis B viru (DHBV) infected nestling ducks were studied respectively in this paper.METHODS:Three hepatic injury animal models of CCl 4、D Gala、ANIT and duck hepatitis B animal models were used and the index of liver function and liver pathological examination were judged by the effect protective liver and receted jaundice or reduced enzyme of QL in the experiments respectively.RESULTS:The examined results of liver function showed that in CCl 4 and D Gala intoxicating rats models,after treatment with QL (QL 5g·kg -1 and 10g·kg -1 )po,the serum ALT were significantly lower than the control groups respectively.In ANIT (α Naphythalisocyanate) intoxicating rats model,the serum bilirubin (SB) and ALT were also significantly lower than the control groups respectively.In DHBV duck models,the serum bilirubin (SB) and ALT were also significantly lower than the control groups respectively.The pathological examination showed that QL could alleviate the condition of the degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells in the intoxicating rats and DHBV infected ducks.CONCLUSIONS:The results suggested that QL have protective hepatic cells and have decreasing the content of ALT、AST and SB on chemical hepatic injury and DHBV infected ducks.QL is a safe and potential Chinese traditional drug in curing hepatitis.
