摘  要:目的 :建立左氟沙星注射液的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定 ,用 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液作溶剂 ,测定波长为 2 93nm。结果 :在 2 .0~ 12 .0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .0 % ,RSD为 0 .3%。结论 :方法简便、快速。OBJECTIVE:To establish a quantitative analysis method for levofloxacin injection.METHODS:Levofloxacin injection was determined in 0.1 mol·L -1 HCl by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The wavelength of detection was 293 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the range from 2.0 ~ 12.0 μg·ml -1 with r= 0.9999 ,the average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.0% and 0.3% respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method was simple,rapid and accurate. WT5FZ Results: WT5BZ Addition of sulphur increased incidence of TD in 21 day old broiler chicks, which was reduced by addition of magnesium.Dietary electrolyte balance was correlated to incidence of TD negatively( WTBX r WTBZ =-0.825).Without influence on blood pH, addition of sulphur acidified the blood by decreasing concentration of base excess and HCO - 3 in the blood.
