摘　　要：自然法是西方政治文化的一个核心概念,其中包含着许多和谐思维元素。从某种意义上讲,托马斯.阿奎那作为西方中世纪的思想巨人,在其政治学说建构中以调和的致思路径追求着和谐价值目标,其自然法理论因而也蕴含着丰富的和谐价值,对于建设中国特色的社会主义政治文明有着某种启示作用。In the Western political culture, the concept of natural law plays a very important role, which contains a lot of elements of harmonious thought. In a way, Thomas Aquinas , the greatest medieval thinker, had been trying to realize the aim of harmony by thinking in the reconciling way in the construction of his political thought, and as a result, abundant values of harmony are contained in his theory of natural law, which can enlighten us in building the socialist political civilization with the Chinese characteristics.
