摘 要:目的:了解型糖尿病患者抑郁情况并探讨糖尿病教育及心理干预等对抑郁症状的影响。方法:应用SDS抑郁自评量表及HAMD抑郁量表对60例型糖尿病患者进行测评,同时与30例正常人群对照。60例型糖尿病患者经三个月糖尿病教育及心理干预后再行测评。结果:糖尿病组SDS与HRSD量表测评,抑郁情况明显高于正常人群组。经糖经病教育、心理干预等后,抑郁症状可明显改善且糖代谢控制更好。结论:糖尿病患者常伴有抑郁症状,糖尿病教育及心理干预等可改善糖代谢及抑郁症状。Objective:to determine the depressive symptoms in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and to investigate the effects of diabetes education and psychological intervention on these symptoms.Method:Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD)were administered to 60 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and 30 normal controls,and the patients were assessed again after receiving diabetes education and psychological intervention for 3 months.Results:The depressive scores of SDS and HAMD in diabetes group were significantly higher than those in normal group.After diabetes education and psychological intervention,depressive symptoms and glucose metabolism were significantly improved.Conclusion:Depressive symptoms are commonly accompanied in type Ⅱ diabetes patients,and diabetes education and psychological intervention can improve glucose metabolism and depressive symptoms and deserve be recommended.
