心理社会因素与妇女更年期情绪障碍的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨更年期情绪障碍患者的激素水平及心理社会影响因素。方法:应用病例对照,采用自编围绝经期妇女心理健康调查表,更年期症状评分标准和评分指数,汉密顿抑郁量表,汉密顿焦虑量表,症状自评量表,生活事件量表,社会支持评定量表和明尼苏达多项人格测定问卷,并作了促卵泡生成素(FSH),促黄体生成素(LH),雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(Pg),性激素放射免疫测定。结果:未绝经组的FSH,LH水平高于正常值,其余测定值均在正常范围内。更年期情绪障碍患者的易感因素为较多的应激性生活事件、夫妻关系差、社会支持相对缺乏、对更年期持消极的认知评价、焦虑抑郁性人格特征等。结论:社会支持能缓解更年期症状。Objective:to investigate the influence of psychosocial factors to climacteric emotional disorder.Method:40 climacteric women with mood disturbance more than 2 weeks,which resulted in the consultation to psychiatric clinic and 40 control in community were assessed by HAMA,HAMD,SCL-90,MMPI and other psychological instruments reflecting conjugal relationship,life events,social support.FSH,LH,Estrogen,Progesterone of patients were determined by radio immuno-assay.Result:the levels of FSH and LH in women before menopause were higher than normal.The risk factors of climacteric mood disorder included stressful life events,poor conjugal relation,less social support,negative attitude to menopause and character of anxiety or depression.Concusion:climacteric mood disorder relates not only to sex hormone disturbance,but also to psychosocial factors.
