男女不育患者心理社会因素对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不育症患者心理、社会等影响因素。方法:对176例不育患者和179例已生育有子女的健康人群进行心理社会方面的病例对照研究。结果:不育患者与健康对照人群相比每周性生活次数少、性生活满意程度低;68.2%的患者因不育而感到痛苦、有压力,18.2%的患者导致夫妻关系紧张。症状自评量表结果表明,病例组较对照组心身症状多、心理压力大。Eysenck个性问卷分析发现,不育患者的个性特征表现为性格内向、情绪不够稳定和喜好掩饰。不育患者所获总的社会支持较少,表现为客观支持少和对社会支持的利用程度不够。Logistic回归分析提示,不育妇女的主要“危险”因素是人际关系比较敏感,有较多的抑郁和焦虑症状,精神病性;不育男性的主要“危险”因素是有较多的躯体化症状和焦虑。结论:本课题研究将为不育患者在进行躯体治疗的同时实施心理干预和社会治疗提供理论依据。Objective:to understand psychosocial factors in patients with infertile Method:case control study was carried on in 176 infertile patients and 179 fertile persons The conditions of their sexual lives were collected,together with their personality(by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire)and social support evaluation Result: infertile patients had lower intercourse frequency and felt less satisfied than normal control 68 2% patients complained mental suffering due to infertile and 18 2% experienced conflicts to their partners The results of Symptom Check List showed that patients had more psychosomatic symptoms That of EPQ showed that infertile patients were more introversion,more unstable in mood and tended to conceal While they received less social support(Social Support Requirement Scale),i e less objective social support and poorer ability in getting support Logistic regression demonstrated that major risk factors of infertile women were interpersonal hypersensitivity,depression,anxiety and psychoticism;those of infertile men were somatization and anxiety Conclusion:the results of this research makes some theoretical suggestion on further psychosocial intervention for infertile the results of this research makes some theoretical suggestion on further psychosocial intervention for infertile
