摘　　要：通过对1880m3高炉矿槽除尘系统存在问题进行分析，制定技术改造方案，新增除尘器，优化系统风量分配，引进环境治理新技术，降低岗位粉尘浓度和噪音，改善运行环境，实现了清洁生产目标，取得了较好的环保效益和经济效益。Through analyzing the problems existing in the dust cleaning system on groove of 1 880 m3 blast furnace, the technical transformation plan was formulated, the dust collectors were added, the wind distribution of system was optimized, the new technologies of environmental treatment were imported, the dust concentration and noise at post were reduced and the running environment was improved, then, the goal of clean production was realized, and the good environmental and economic benefits were obtained.
