摘　　要：为了提高生产效率和降低轧辊消耗，在型钢中型线进行了高铬铸铁轧辊的试验应用。通过对比，高铬铸铁辊环和立辊比半钢材质辊环和立辊耐磨性好，寿命明显提高，可以应用在U4／U5精轧机架上。In order to increase the production efficiency and reduce the roll consumption, the probation of high chromium cast iron rolls was carried out. Through comparing, the high chromium cast iron roll collars and vertical roils were better than the semi-steel roll collars and vertical rolls, having longer service life, and it could be used in the finishing mill stands.
