摘　　要：分析研究了TS流的数据结构以及视频摘要的实现原理,提出了对TS流视频信息进行关键帧提取以实现快速浏览。方案在实现多路TS流节目解复用的基础之上,通过对单节目视频数据进行分层判断实现了对I帧定位和提取,并采用FFMpeg作为帧解码和图片编码输出的基础支持。实验结果表明该方法实现简单,能有效满足大多数用户的实际需求。This paper analyzes the Transport Stream（TS） data structure and the generatien of video Abstracts.Key frames of TS Streams are proposed to be extracted for rapid video browsing.Based on TS de-multiplexing,the locating and extracting of frame I are realized by stratificated identification of single-programe video data.FFMpeg is taken as the basic support for frame decoding and picture coding output.Test results indicate this straightforward method can satisfy practical needs of most users.
