林业合作组织与林农的博弈行为分析

摘　　要：构建了个体对群体的两阶段博弈模型分析林业合作组织与林农的博弈行为,研究了合作形成的条件和违约现象的原因,并提出了建议。研究结果表明:合作的长期收益、对长期收益的认可程度、合作的当期收益、合作外部性的影响、合作的风险、监管与处罚是影响合作双方博弈行为的重要因素;丰富合作的内容与形式、合理制定利益分配方案、加强对长期收益的宣传力度、培训营林大户提高其管理水平、实施公益性补偿、加强技术支持、提高政府监管力度等是促进合作应采取的措施。A 2-phases game model between individual and colony was build to analyze game behavior between forestry cooperative organization and farmers.The conditions of cooperation were analyzed,the reasons of default were explained,and some suggestions were given also.The results showed that long-term profits,long-term awareness,immediate profits,external effects,risks,supervision and punishment are the most important factors affect players behavior.Some measures should be adopted to promote cooperation,such as diversify the cooperative content and form,rationalize the benefit distribution,give more publicity to the long-term awareness,training the major farmers to raise the management level,carry out the compensation used for public benefit,improve the technical support,enhance the validity of government superintend.
